Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Assouline signature packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
